Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicodim Urdoi kicked off to start the match. Costel Săndulescu's late challenge caught a Buntesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Costel Săndulescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Costel Săndulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Călin Leahu came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Buntesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Călin Leahu couldn't finish the play. After 8 played minutes Desag CS got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Angheloiu. Călin Leahu didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-0 via right post in the game's 10th minute. Buntesti's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buntesti's goalkeeper Luca Gavruță, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Desag CS booed when Buntesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Fetanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Buntesti's Costel Vladimirescu got a free kick in the 17th minute. Luca Gavruță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Săndulescu in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Buntesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Fetanu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Desag CS getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Costel Săndulescu hit a great ball. Nicodim Urdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Călin Leahu to make the kick off. With a little luck, Buntesti's Luca Gavruță got control of the ball when Pavel Bălan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luca Gavruță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Urdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Desag CS's Horea Firoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidiu Homescu in the 67th minute of play. Horea Firoiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Călin Leahu went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Desag CS's Virgil Sima got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78thth minute of the game Ovidiu Homescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Desag CS's Horea Firoiu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horea Firoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Fetanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. A collision led to Desag CS getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Virgil Sima hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Călin Leahu in the 85th minute of play forced Desag CS's goalkeeper Horea Firoiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Gavruță took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicodim Urdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horea Firoiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Călin Leahu in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Buntesti fans cheered their team off the field, for while Desag CS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
