Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Damian Caranfil started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Radu Torouţ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristinel Bogătean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Caranfil in the 6th minute of play. Cristinel Bogătean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Caranfil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute, Damian Caranfil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristinel Bogătean. The goal made the score 1-0. Petruț Elian's late challenge caught a Dragosa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Petruț Elian helped the player get up and apologised. Petruț Elian hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Damian Caranfil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcu Zăgănescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maxim Giurăscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Verzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Mihail Avacariței kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Zagavia getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Nistor Nedelea hit a great ball. Gigel Verzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maxim Giurăscu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gigel Verzea ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcu Zăgănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxim Giurăscu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Verzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragosa's goalkeeper Cristinel Bogătean, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute Damian Caranfil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristinel Bogătean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Radu Torouţ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigel Verzea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zagavia's Radu Torouţ got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcu Zăgănescu made a kick off. Cristinel Bogătean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Torouţ, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The supporters of Zagavia booed when Dragosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dan Isaia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristinel Bogătean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radu Torouţ, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Radu Torouţ struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Cristinel Bogătean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zagavia. Radu Torouţ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristinel Bogătean read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 72ndth minute of the game Damian Caranfil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragosa's Cristinel Bogătean was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Dragosa getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Horea David hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Radu Torouţ had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristinel Bogătean. Dragosa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radu Torouţ was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Radu Torouţ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Cristinel Bogătean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Dan Isaia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dragosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zagavia the free kick. Cristinel Bogătean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damian Caranfil's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Cristinel Bogătean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Torouţ in the 90th minute of play. If Marcu Zăgănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zagavia fully deserved thier win.
