Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Olimpiu Coraș got the match started through his kick off. 2 minutes into the game, Victor Moșanu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iernuteni UFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Itcani the free kick. A collision led to Iernuteni UFC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Victor Moșanu hit a great ball. Cristinel Stănilă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nechifor Nicorici had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Itcani booed when Iernuteni UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Moșanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute Cristinel Stănilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Slătineanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes, Nechifor Nicorici made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Iernuteni UFC's Doru Slătineanu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 19 minutes, Cezar Hrib managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iernuteni UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cezar Hrib was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Itcani booed when Iernuteni UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gică Antim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Itcani's Manuel Baștină got a free kick in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Itcani's zone, Cezar Hrib stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nae Constantiniu came out of the goal and Cezar Hrib tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olimpiu Coraș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sabin Răuţă charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sabin Răuţă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Itcani's Sabin Răuţă got a free kick in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristinel Stănilă made a kick off. Olimpiu Coraș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iernuteni UFC's Doru Slătineanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristinel Stănilă in the 57th minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Itcani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corneliu Aluneanu to maneuver through the defense. Iernuteni UFC's Olimpiu Coraș got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Itcani's goalkeeper Nae Constantiniu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cezar Hrib had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. During the 81st minute of the match Victor Moșanu completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Victor Moșanu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Victor Moșanu kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cezar Hrib's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nae Constantiniu was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Cezar Hrib sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chants of Itcani echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Iernuteni UFC had held the ball for most of the match.
