It was beautiful to see Draghiceanu's Luca Săndulescu in action when he in the 35th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in Ac Milan's zone, Paul Zăvoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelian Gorcea came out of the goal and Paul Zăvoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Cristian Mahonea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ac Milan's Aurelian Gorcea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cristian Mahonea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the match, Draghiceanu's Cristian Mahonea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurelian Gorcea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicu Rizea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cosmin Homeag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Mahonea in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aurelian Gorcea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Jurcuț to make the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Cristian Mahonea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ac Milan's Aurelian Gorcea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Ac Milan's Petru Aanicăi got a free kick in the 58th minute. A collision led to Draghiceanu getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Paul Zăvoiu hit a great ball. Aurelian Gorcea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Mahonea's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. When Draghiceanu's Cristian Mahonea in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ac Milan's goalie prevented a goal. Sebastian Jurcuț scored 1-0 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosmin Homeag, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute Paul Zăvoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelian Gorcea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosmin Homeag took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Jurcuț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosmin Homeag showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicu Rizea in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Draghiceanu getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Iustinian Tender hit a great ball. If Sebastian Jurcuț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute.
