In the 6th match minute, Garbovita UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Şuteu to maneuver through the defense. Horaţiu Beligan might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over George Stejaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horaţiu Beligan ran back to his position shaking his head. George Stejaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Beligan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Garbovita UFC's Horaţiu Beligan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of George Stejaru. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. 18 minutes into the match, FC National's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Beligan came free, but George Stejaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Garbovita UFC's Horaţiu Beligan in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aurel Martinescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horaţiu Beligan got free with George Stejaru in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the game, Manuel Şuteu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Garbovita UFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC National the free kick. The supporters of FC National booed when Garbovita UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Şuteu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horaţiu Beligan didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-0 via right post in the game's 35th minute. Garbovita UFC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! George Stejaru made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Horaţiu Beligan sent off a good shot on target. Horaţiu Beligan struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Horaţiu Beligan to strike the kick off in the second half. Horaţiu Beligan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. George Stejaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. George Stejaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horaţiu Beligan in the 55th minute of play. A collision led to Garbovita UFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Manuel Şuteu hit a great ball. Eusebiu Păstrăv scored 3-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Acalinei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Horaţiu Beligan fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garbovita UFC's protests and gave Horaţiu Beligan a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Garbovita UFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Horaţiu Beligan hit a great ball. After 65 played minutes Garbovita UFC got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Bejenaru. George Stejaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horaţiu Beligan in the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horaţiu Beligan in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck George Stejaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 74 minutes into the match, FC National's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Beligan came free, but George Stejaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the FC National defense, Horaţiu Beligan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of George Stejaru. The FC National fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that George Stejaru should have stopped the shot. Manole Ştercă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. George Stejaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Beligan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Garbovita UFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
