Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Basarab Odobescu started the match with the kick off. When Basarab Odobescu came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the FC Xander fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Basarab Odobescu couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Basarab Odobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Xander's supporters rose to their feet, but Basarab Odobescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Hurgoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th match minute, FC Xander was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Vădan to maneuver through the defense. Aron Loga's late challenge caught a FC Xander's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aron Loga helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes Plesa SC got a freekick which was hit by Aron Loga. In the 19th minute, Aron Loga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgil Mineață sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horaţiu Gherdan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Loga, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, FC Xander's goal looked a bit too open when Aron Loga came free, but Horaţiu Gherdan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 33 played minutes Plesa SC got a freekick which was hit by Moise Antonescu. If Vasile Dascălu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 played minutes Plesa SC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Aldescu. After having played for 43 minutes, Basarab Odobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Xander's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basarab Odobescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Aron Loga made the kick off in the second half. Vasile Dascălu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aron Loga came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Plesa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aron Loga couldn't finish the play. When Plesa SC's Aron Loga in 63 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Horaţiu Gherdan guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. 74 minutes into the match, FC Xander's Basarab Odobescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Hurgoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vasile Dascălu in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Hurgoi saved Plesa SC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgil Mineață during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Plesa SC booed when FC Xander was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Mineață didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albert Măgherușan's late challenge caught a FC Xander's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Măgherușan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 86th match minute, Plesa SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Măgherușan to maneuver through the defense. FC Xander's Vasile Dascălu got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vasile Dascălu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Xander's Horaţiu Gherdan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Loga in the 94th minute of play. Manole Vasilescu charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manole Vasilescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 96 played minutes FC Xander got a freekick which was hit by Manole Vasilescu. FC Xander were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
