Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aron Loga kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Iulian Torouţ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Hurgoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Costel Bratu in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emanuel Hurgoi saved Plesa SC from getting behind. Aron Loga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nechifor Zdrobiş having to interfere. With a little luck, Plaic's Nechifor Zdrobiş got control of the ball when Stelian Greblă tried to sneak it across the goal line. Plesa SC's Emanuel Hurgoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Bratu in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Stelian Greblă dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nechifor Zdrobiş, 2-0. When Plesa SC's Aron Loga in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Plaic's goalie prevented a goal. Costel Bratu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Plesa SC's Moise Antonescu got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iulian Torouţ stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Plaic's zone, Stelian Greblă stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nechifor Zdrobiş came out of the goal and Stelian Greblă tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aron Loga might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nechifor Zdrobiş. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aron Loga ran back to his position shaking his head. Nechifor Zdrobiş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aron Loga, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Costel Bratu scored 3-2 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuel Hurgoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Plesa SC booed when Plaic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horea Angheloiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Horaţiu Moga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nechifor Zdrobiş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelian Greblă in the 80th minute of play. Iulian Torouţ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Hurgoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Costel Bratu in the 83rd minute. Iulian Torouţ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 86 minutes, Iulian Torouţ managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iulian Torouţ was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Stelian Greblă came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Plesa SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stelian Greblă couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Plesa SC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Horea Angheloiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 101st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
