Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Basarab Odobescu got the match started through his kick off. Iulian Torouţ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Horaţiu Gherdan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasile Dascălu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Nechifor Zdrobiş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Basarab Odobescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Xander's supporters rose to their feet, but Basarab Odobescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nechifor Zdrobiş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nechifor Zdrobiş didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasile Dascălu went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Nechifor Zdrobiş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasile Dascălu in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Xander booed when Plaic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlad Mahonea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plaic's Nechifor Zdrobiş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Dascălu in the 19th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horea Angheloiu during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 25 played minutes Plaic got a freekick which was hit by Horea Angheloiu. When Plaic's Costel Bratu in 31 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Horaţiu Gherdan guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Plaic's Horea Angheloiu got his second yellow card of the match in the 34th minute. The referee ordered Horea Angheloiu off the ground. In the 37th minute, Iulian Torouţ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Vasile Dascălu came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the FC Xander fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasile Dascălu couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Basarab Odobescu put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nechifor Zdrobiş. Vasile Dascălu kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Costel Bratu to make the kick off. FC Xander's Horaţiu Gherdan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Costel Bratu in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Plaic's Nechifor Zdrobiş got control of the ball when Vasile Dascălu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 58 played minutes FC Xander got a freekick which was hit by Filip Grama. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Vădan during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Plaic booed when FC Xander was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Vădan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Costel Bratu notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Xander's Horaţiu Gherdan. Horaţiu Gherdan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Costel Bratu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Costel Bratu might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horaţiu Gherdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costel Bratu ran back to his position shaking his head. Vlad Mahonea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the game, Filip Grama was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Xander's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plaic the free kick. After 72 played minutes FC Xander got a freekick which was hit by Filip Grama. Vasile Dascălu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Nechifor Zdrobiş skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vasile Dascălu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiberiu Beligan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Basarab Odobescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nechifor Zdrobiş having to make a save. 85 minutes into the game, Virgil Mineață was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Xander's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Plaic the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Xander's Filip Grama got a free kick in the 86th minute. Plaic's Horaţiu Moga couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 87th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Xander. Virgil Mineață got his second yellow card in the match during the 91st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Plaic booed when FC Xander was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgil Mineață didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Plaic defense, Vasile Dascălu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nechifor Zdrobiş. The Plaic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nechifor Zdrobiş should have stopped the shot. FC Xander's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
