Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Octavian Rogozanu started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Marcel Mărăscu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eliodor Gheorghiță received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Iulian Seţeanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliodor Gheorghiță fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iulian Seţeanu having to interfere. Iulian Seţeanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Pencu in the 25th minute of the match. If Marcel Mărăscu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Liviu Mugur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel Mărăscu in the 32nd minute. Octavian Rogozanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liviu Mugur having to interfere. Luca Logofătu kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Giroc All StarS got a freekick which was hit by Costel Hurezeanu. Marcel Mărăscu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mădălin Pencu to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcel Mărăscu in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Liviu Mugur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 51st minute, Octav Agrigoroaiei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Santamaria's Marcel Mărăscu in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Giroc All StarS's goalie prevented a goal. 61 minutes into the match, Marcel Mărăscu notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Giroc All StarS's Liviu Mugur. Liviu Mugur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Santamaria's Iulian Seţeanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Santamaria from getting a goal against them. After 73 minutes of play, Santamaria's Octavian Rogozanu made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liviu Mugur was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th minute, Octavian Rogozanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santamaria fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Eliodor Gheorghiță was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 80th minute. Giroc All StarS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Octavian Rogozanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcel Mărăscu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Liviu Mugur read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When Marcel Mărăscu came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Santamaria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcel Mărăscu couldn't finish the play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Santamaria had played much better football throughout.
