Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Children of God's Nistor Alupulesei got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Children of God's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Bărbuceanu came free, but Robert Murgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7thth minute of the game David Copil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiraftei CS's Narcis Onete was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, David Copil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Children of God's supporters rose to their feet, but David Copil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narcis Onete breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Narcis Onete made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Aristide Irod sent off a good shot on target. When David Copil came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Children of God fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Copil couldn't finish the play. David Copil was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. Children of God's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Emanuel Zubaşcu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Narcis Onete tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the game, Mugurel Macarie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Narcis Onete was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aristide Irod's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Narcis Onete skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 27th minute David Copil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Onete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavius Iordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Robert Murgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the game, Chiraftei CS's Flavius Iordan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Murgan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 42nd minute David Copil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Onete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristide Irod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Onete having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Children of God's David Copil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narcis Onete narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Flavius Iordan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Robert Murgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 54thth minute of the game David Copil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chiraftei CS's Narcis Onete was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Narcis Onete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Copil, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Robert Murgan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavius Iordan's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Children of God's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Iordan came free, but Robert Murgan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Chiraftei CS's zone, Costel Cîrțu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narcis Onete came out of the goal and Costel Cîrțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, David Copil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Narcis Onete was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Marian Socoriceanu's late challenge caught a Chiraftei CS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marian Socoriceanu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chiraftei CS booed when Children of God was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marian Socoriceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 minutes Children of God's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gheorghe Matei who took care of the corner kick. Gheorghe Matei made a great header on Chiraftei CS's corner, it was just that Children of God's Robert Murgan managed to reach the ball for a save. Narcis Onete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristide Irod, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Aristide Irod's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narcis Onete was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Copil in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Robert Murgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chiraftei CS. Aristide Irod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narcis Onete having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Copil in the 95th minute of play forced Chiraftei CS's goalkeeper Narcis Onete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Hațegan hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Chiraftei CS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
