Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gheorghe Boerescu made the kick off and thus started the match. Tudor Andone kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Grigore Gâgea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Tungujei AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Sergiu Onofrei hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Niculae Bodnar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Gheorghe Boerescu came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Brestea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gheorghe Boerescu couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Gheorghe Boerescu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Octav Ciocoiu, passed just outside the right post. Sergiu Onofrei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iacob Răduța having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Viorel Barbăneagră hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Tungujei AFC's Tudor Andone got a free kick in the 36th minute. 2-0 became the score in the 40th minute when Gheorghe Boerescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Olimpiu Zgabei might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iacob Răduța. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olimpiu Zgabei ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Petre Dică's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iacob Răduța was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Octav Ciocoiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Gheție, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Tungujei AFC's Petre Dică got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the game, Olimpiu Zgabei was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tungujei AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Brestea the free kick. The supporters of Brestea booed when Tungujei AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olimpiu Zgabei didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 70th minute, Petre Dică left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tungujei AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 80 minutes into the match, Tungujei AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Gheție came free, but Octav Ciocoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gheorghe Boerescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd match minute, Tungujei AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Andone to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 84 minutes, Niculae Bodnar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brestea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niculae Bodnar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 95 played minutes Tungujei AFC got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Onofrei. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Brestea were victorious despite being under pressure from Tungujei AFC for much of the match.
