A beautiful save bye Barateaz UFC's goalie prevented a goal. Mihai Bălțăteanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aristide Paraschiv showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Bălțăteanu in the 12th minute of the match. Barateaz UFC's Aristide Paraschiv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Barateaz UFC from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 18 in the game by Virgil Teodorescu from a close distance when the talented Aristide Paraschiv managed to make a qualified save. Barateaz UFC's players were relieved. Alex Tunaru kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horia Demian during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 21 played minutes Barateaz UFC got a freekick which was hit by Horia Demian. Virgil Teodorescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgil Teodorescu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Barateaz UFC's Flavius Bosioc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horia Filipașcu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 30 minutes into the game, Ovidiu Jucan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Republica Ploiești's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barateaz UFC the free kick. In the 30th match minute, Republica Ploiești was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Jucan to maneuver through the defense. Barateaz UFC's Mugurel Albeanu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 30th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Republica Ploiești. In the 31st match minute, Republica Ploiești was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliodor Honcioiu to maneuver through the defense. Vintilă Crăciun charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vintilă Crăciun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barateaz UFC booed when Republica Ploiești was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vintilă Crăciun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barateaz UFC's Flavius Bosioc got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Horia Filipașcu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavius Lunca's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Flavius Bosioc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Horia Filipașcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Tunaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Filipașcu having to interfere.

Flavius Bosioc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 54 minutes into the game, one of Barateaz UFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Republica Ploiești a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leontin Petrulean, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barateaz UFC's Aristide Paraschiv. 1-0. In the 69th minute, Flavius Lunca fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Horia Filipașcu, passed just outside the right post. Horia Filipașcu came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Barateaz UFC's Flavius Lunca. But to his dismay, Flavius Lunca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Mugurel Albeanu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Aristide Paraschiv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Bălțăteanu in the 78th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Flavius Bosioc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horia Filipașcu. That made the score 1-2 in the 83 minute of play. Flavius Lunca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Flavius Bosioc managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barateaz UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavius Bosioc was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 96th match minute, Barateaz UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horia Demian to maneuver through the defense. When Mihai Bălțăteanu came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Republica Ploiești fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihai Bălțăteanu couldn't finish the play.
