Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Avram Timofte got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, Rocket FC's Marcu Drăgan got control of the ball when Pavel Lupeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 12 played minutes Rocket FC got a freekick which was hit by Nae Mihele. Netotul's Tiberiu Grindeanu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rocket FC. With a little luck, Rocket FC's Marcu Drăgan got control of the ball when Pavel Lupeanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rocket FC's Adrian Savu got a free kick in the 15th minute. Pavel Lupeanu struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Marcu Drăgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Netotul. 19 minutes into the match, Netotul's Flavius Bărbătescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcu Drăgan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastian Niculiță kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Avram Timofte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavius Bărbătescu hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 29 minutes into the match, Rocket FC's goalkeeper Marcu Drăgan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pavel Lupeanu. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Netotul's goalkeeper Tudor Tomescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Grecescu in the 34th minute of play forced Rocket FC's goalkeeper Marcu Drăgan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavius Bărbătescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Drăgan having to interfere. Marcu Drăgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Grecescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Avram Timofte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcu Drăgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Grecescu in the 43rd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Grecescu to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Netotul's goal looked a bit too open when Avram Timofte came free, but Tudor Tomescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Avram Timofte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Netotul's Horea Oroian got a free kick in the 57th minute. Marcu Drăgan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Grecescu in the 60th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Cristian Grecescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcu Drăgan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Timofte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Tomescu having to interfere. Rocket FC's Marcu Drăgan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Grecescu in the 94th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
