Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ernest Bernea kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Prundu United's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Elenescu came free, but Vintilă Ţintă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 5th minute, Marian Manciu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Prundu United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Prundu United's Vintilă Ţintă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dragoş Elenescu in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Dragoş Elenescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vintilă Ţintă. Dragoş Elenescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Emanuel Ioneasa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Marian Manciu's late challenge caught a Basil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marian Manciu helped the player get up and apologised. Marian Manciu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Dragoş Elenescu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Prundu United's zone, Cristian Zbughină stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vintilă Ţintă came out of the goal and Cristian Zbughină tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vintilă Ţintă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cazimir Grozuță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Basil's Dragoş Elenescu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vintilă Ţintă. Vintilă Ţintă yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Vintilă Ţintă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dragoş Elenescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Ioneasa charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Ioneasa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dragoş Elenescu struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Vintilă Ţintă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basil. Cristian Zbughină received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Vintilă Ţintă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Zbughină recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Prundu United's Vintilă Ţintă got control of the ball when Costin Nițisor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 44th minute, Cazimir Grozuță made a precise shot to the right of Vintilă Ţintă. Prundu United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dragoş Elenescu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Calini in the 52nd minute of play forced Prundu United's goalkeeper Vintilă Ţintă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vintilă Ţintă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Zbughină, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Ioneasa lost his temper 56 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 56 played minutes Prundu United got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Ioneasa. Costin Nițisor struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Vintilă Ţintă didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Basil. Iacob Olteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Narcis Murgescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vintilă Ţintă came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Basil's Cazimir Grozuță. But to his dismay, Cazimir Grozuță quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Narcis Murgescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marian Manciu in the 71st minute. Prundu United's Vintilă Ţintă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Zbughină in the 73rd minute of play. After 78 played minutes Basil got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Calini. Narcis Murgescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marian Manciu in the 82nd minute. Dragoş Elenescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Vintilă Ţintă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Basil's Dragoş Elenescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vintilă Ţintă made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Vali Drăucean's late challenge caught a Basil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vali Drăucean helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Prundu United getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Vali Drăucean hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Basil's Costin Nițisor broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
