Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dragoş Elenescu made the kick off which started today's match. If Cazimir Grozuță had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 6th minute Dragoş Elenescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Huștea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, UNIREA TRICOLOR's goalkeeper Adam Huștea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Costin Nițisor. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rareș Isărescu during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Basil got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Isărescu. The audience was convinced that Dragoş Elenescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Huștea was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, UNIREA TRICOLOR's Iacob Chițac got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 23rd minute Eusebiu Scripcaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Murgescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, UNIREA TRICOLOR's Adam Huștea got control of the ball when Cazimir Grozuță tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iacob Chițac charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iacob Chițac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dragoş Elenescu had several of the UNIREA TRICOLOR's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 32 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Adam Huștea as he didn't even see the shot coming. The supporters of UNIREA TRICOLOR booed when Basil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Tărbac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Narcis Murgescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebiu Scripcaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Valer Cartiș got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, Cristian Zbughină hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

54 minutes into the match, UNIREA TRICOLOR's goal looked a bit too open when Dragoş Elenescu came free, but Adam Huștea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in UNIREA TRICOLOR's zone, Dragoş Elenescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Huștea came out of the goal and Dragoş Elenescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Narcis Murgescu came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by UNIREA TRICOLOR's Riccardo Monney. But to his dismay, Riccardo Monney quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 68 minutes into the match, Dragoş Elenescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adam Huștea. UNIREA TRICOLOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dragoş Elenescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 73 played minutes UNIREA TRICOLOR got a freekick which was hit by Riccardo Monney. Dragoş Elenescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Adam Huștea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narcis Murgescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eusebiu Scripcaru in the 77th minute. If Eusebiu Scripcaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basil's Narcis Murgescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebiu Scripcaru in the 95th minute of play.
