Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Iordache Zăreanu made the kick off which started today's match. Rareș Magheru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 7th minute, Iustinian Cârnu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ion Cârstea was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Iordache Zăreanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iordache Zăreanu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Babarunca's Rareș Magheru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ion Cârstea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Romeo Aluculesei hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes, Romeo Aluculesei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Babarunca and the Verbia CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Babarunca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Aluculesei to maneuver through the defense. Petre Bouleanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vali Homeag, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Babarunca's Iustin Ciompec got a free kick in the 20th minute. David Manea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petre Bouleanu having to make a save. After 25 played minutes Babarunca got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Cârnu. Vali Homeag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Bouleanu having to interfere. Petre Bouleanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Nica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vali Homeag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Petre Bouleanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ion Cârstea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Zăreanu in the 39th minute of play. Romeo Aluculesei got his second yellow card in the match during the 46th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Romeo Aluculesei hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vali Homeag stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucrețiu Melinte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petre Bouleanu having to interfere. 53 minutes into the match, Babarunca's goal looked a bit too open when Vali Homeag came free, but Petre Bouleanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rareș Magheru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ion Cârstea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Verbia CS's goalkeeper Ion Cârstea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iustinian Cârnu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petre Bouleanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vali Homeag's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 65thth minute of the game Rareș Magheru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Verbia CS's Ion Cârstea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vali Homeag sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Manea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Petre Bouleanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rareș Magheru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Magheru in the 81st minute of play forced Verbia CS's goalkeeper Ion Cârstea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iustinian Cârnu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Cârstea having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Verbia CS's zone, Rareș Magheru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ion Cârstea came out of the goal and Rareș Magheru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rareș Magheru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Rareș Magheru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ion Cârstea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ion Cârstea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Zăreanu in the 97th minute of play.
