Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Juguri's Emilian Visarion started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Juguri getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Sabin Turcan hit a great ball. Andrei Măgureanu's late challenge caught a Tulesti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrei Măgureanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Andrei Măgureanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albert Fânaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Irinel Cozaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. The supporters of Juguri booed when Tulesti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marin Apolzan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihai Macamete showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nechifor Şumălan, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Emilian Visarion came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Juguri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Visarion couldn't finish the play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Emilian Visarion who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tulesti's Mihai Macamete was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emilian Visarion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Nechifor Şumălan made a precise shot to the right of Mihai Macamete. Tulesti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 46 played minutes Tulesti got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Bejgăneanu. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albert Fânaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tulesti's Mihai Macamete proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Tulesti from getting a goal against them. Albert Fânaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Irinel Cozaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Macamete was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Emilian Visarion capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Irinel Cozaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dragoş Ţopescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Visarion in the 73rd minute of play forced Tulesti's goalkeeper Mihai Macamete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilian Visarion in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihai Macamete prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
