The wind increased when Aron Cocea made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sever Apostu in the 58th managed to get into a good position. Emanuel Constantinescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mădălin Măcriș, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 75 minutes into the match, Branetul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sever Apostu came free, but Emanuel Constantinescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Marcel Zmărăndescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Branetul FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcel Zmărăndescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ion Dănescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 80 minutes, Dorel Vlădean managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Branetul FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dorel Vlădean was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Branetul FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dezesti CS had won after a very even match.
