Gigi Barbu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laurențiu Caranfil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilio Miconi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Laurențiu Caranfil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Titans Hill FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BANAT VIOLA the free kick. A collision led to Titans Hill FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Laurențiu Caranfil hit a great ball. Titans Hill FC's Valeriu Vătafu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Titans Hill FC from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Titans Hill FC defense, Liviu Hănescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeriu Vătafu. The Titans Hill FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeriu Vătafu should have stopped the shot. Valeriu Vătafu came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by BANAT VIOLA's Gigi Barbu. But to his dismay, Gigi Barbu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Valeriu Vătafu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liviu Hănescu in the 33rd minute of play. Valeriu Vătafu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Răduț in the 35th minute of play. Emanuel Dășanu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Valeriu Vătafu came out and tried to block the shot, but Emanuel Dășanu slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 37th minute. With a little luck, Titans Hill FC's Valeriu Vătafu got control of the ball when Isac Răduț tried to sneak it across the goal line. Costică Chira took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valeriu Vătafu. Valeriu Vătafu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Valeriu Vătafu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Hănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicolae Homescu was the one to do the kick off. Gigi Barbu scored 7-0 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valeriu Vătafu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Titans Hill FC defense, Gigi Barbu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeriu Vătafu. The Titans Hill FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeriu Vătafu should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cornel Nedelcea during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cornel Nedelcea hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Gigi Barbu managed to get in a good position for a shot. BANAT VIOLA's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigi Barbu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valeriu Vătafu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isac Răduț in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valeriu Vătafu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isac Răduț in the 75th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Valeriu Vătafu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 minutes of play, BANAT VIOLA's Gigi Barbu made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valeriu Vătafu was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigi Barbu in the 79th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Valeriu Vătafu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valeriu Vătafu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Hănescu in the 84th minute of the match. Cornel Nedelcea was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Cornel Nedelcea kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Hănescu in the 86th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Valeriu Vătafu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valeriu Vătafu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liviu Hănescu in the 95th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Hănescu in the 97th minute of play forced Titans Hill FC's goalkeeper Valeriu Vătafu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the BANAT VIOLA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
