Dragoş Andrushko scored 0-4 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcel Uncheşelu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcel Uncheşelu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 王宽希, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Academia Adrian's goalkeeper Gigel Bogătan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ilie Mihele. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ilie Mihele was the one to do the kick off. Marcel Uncheşelu was a little too slow when 王宽希 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Academia Adrian's zone, Leontin Păltineanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gigel Bogătan came out of the goal and Leontin Păltineanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Ilie Mihele's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigel Bogătan was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 60th match minute, Academia Adrian was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dragoş Andrushko to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, 王宽希 made a precise shot to the right of Marcel Uncheşelu. MANCHESTER CITY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, Academia Adrian's Leonard Ciuhandu got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Valer Crăciun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Academia Adrian could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MANCHESTER CITY throughout the match.
