With a left leg Cezar Zdraşcu saved Tottenham de ROMANIA from getting behind. Cezar Zdraşcu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabiano Giannetta, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kauno Joensuu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iustin Ştiopul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcu Hrib having to interfere. If Cristian Ivănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Fabiano Giannetta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cezar Zdraşcu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabiano Giannetta went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 62 minutes into the match, VfB Armin Satu-Mare's goal looked a bit too open when Kauno Joensuu came free, but Marcu Hrib reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horia Jecu charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Horia Jecu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
