Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Viktoras Kazlas kicked off to start the match. FC.sNukki-'s Evaldas Dundulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viktoras Kazlas in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute, Eidvilas Sauliūnas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of FC.sNukki- booed when Kunigiskiai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gintautas Jasaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dominykas Tvirbutas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 8th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC.sNukki-'s Eidvilas Sauliūnas got a free kick in the 12th minute. Eidvilas Sauliūnas succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Viktoras Kazlas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kunigiskiai's supporters rose to their feet, but Viktoras Kazlas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaldas Dundulis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Kunigiskiai's Gintas Grybauskas got control of the ball when Saulius Daktaras tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kunigiskiai's Romas Kancevicius got a free kick in the 40th minute. Gintas Grybauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eidvilas Sauliūnas's shot from short distance in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eidvilas Sauliūnas to make the kick off. Algirdas Eidziulis kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, FC.sNukki-'s Dominykas Tvirbutas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gintas Grybauskas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Evaldas Dundulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonas Burokas in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Algirdas Eidziulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kunigiskiai's Gintautas Jasaitis got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Rūtenis Tomkūnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gintas Grybauskas having to interfere. Leonas Burokass short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got Evaldas Dundulis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 75 minutes into the match, Saulius Daktaras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gintas Grybauskas. Kunigiskiai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saulius Daktaras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Eidvilas Sauliūnas struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Gintas Grybauskas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC.sNukki-. After 94 played minutes Kunigiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Andris Bucevicius. In the 95th minute Saulius Daktaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gintas Grybauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC.sNukki- were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kunigiskiai for a fine match.
