After a rather tough play, FK Bulius's Irtautas Astrauskas got a free kick in the 46th minute. Motiejus Miknys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irtautas Grėbliauskas in the 48th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Laimonas Janulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdemaras Jasudas having to interfere. FK Bulius's Motiejus Miknys proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save FK Bulius from getting a goal against them. Vaidas Smailys got his second yellow card in the match during the 72nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 73 played minutes FK Bulius got a freekick which was hit by Vaidas Smailys. Irtautas Grėbliauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, FK Bulius's goalkeeper Motiejus Miknys had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herkus Ričkus. Laimonas Janulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Valdemaras Jasudas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 played minutes FK Bulius got a freekick which was hit by Edgaras Pikūnas. Irtautas Grėbliauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Motiejus Miknys having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Leeds United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
