Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Christopher Bilali came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christopher Bilali couldn't finish the play. FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Mwai Emilio Mwangi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mike Mwencha in the 6th minute of play. Mwai Emilio Mwangi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Awino in the 12th minute of play. FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Mwai Emilio Mwangi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiran Father in the 18th minute of play. Mwai Emilio Mwangi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mike Mwencha, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Arsenal's Omar Awino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mwai Emilio Mwangi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 23 minutes, David Kagai Chemjor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Kagai Chemjor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Richard ibn Abi Bakr kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Christopher Bilali struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Dennis Koech didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa. Gideon Nekesa's late challenge caught a Arsenal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gideon Nekesa helped the player get up and apologised. 31 minutes into the game, one of FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa:s Mwai Emilio Mwangi showed great skill when he stopped Lawo Kalekye:s penalty. Arsenal's Dennis Koech proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Arsenal from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Arsenal getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. John Kosgei hit a great ball. In the 48th minute Omar Awino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mwai Emilio Mwangi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Omar Awino made the kick off in the second half. David Kagai Chemjor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, FC Mfanyakazi Mombasa's Mwai Emilio Mwangi got control of the ball when Mike Mwencha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mwai Emilio Mwangi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Awino in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Faiz-Kevin Mangat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mike Mwencha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Mwai Emilio Mwangi made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pius Ogot got free with Mwai Emilio Mwangi in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 0-3 became the score in the 85th minute when Omar Awino elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 90 minutes of play, Arsenal's Kiran Father made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mwai Emilio Mwangi was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arsenal had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
