Valerios Roppas started the match with the kick off. In the 10th minute, Antonis Xanthas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Valerios Roppas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chatziioannou Skalidis hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petros Prekkas in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thrasivoulos Kopanidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alekos Missiakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Anthimos Tsiartas made a huge save. Savállia FC's Petros Prekkas got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petros Prekkas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thrasivoulos Kopanidis having to interfere. When Savállia FC's Valerios Roppas in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kalivia Soudheniotika BC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Savállia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kalivia Soudheniotika BC:s goal. After 40 minutes, Iordanis Ferekidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Savállia FC and the Kalivia Soudheniotika BC players grew even worse after the yellow card.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timos Georgakopoulos made a kick off. If Petros Prekkas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chatziioannou Skalidis kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Thrasivoulos Kopanidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valerios Roppas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kalivia Soudheniotika BC's goalkeeper Thrasivoulos Kopanidis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With 81 minutes on the clock, Sotiris Kroustallis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 81 minutes into the game, one of Savállia FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Savállia FC:s Anthimos Tsiartas showed great skill when he stopped Theodosis Kalketenidis:s penalty. Petros Prekkas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alekos Missiakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kalivia Soudheniotika BC had won after a very even match.
