Pipis Patsiavouras hit a great ball. After having played for 3 minutes, Loukianos Tabakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belokomitis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loukianos Tabakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Loukianos Tabakis scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charilaos Chatzakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Loukianos Tabakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Pipis Patsiavouras took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Akis Partaolas to make any attempt to save it. After 16 minutes, Panagiotis Kantilas made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Stavroskiadhi's Charilaos Chatzakis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Stavroskiadhi's Pipis Patsiavouras got a free kick in the 19th minute. Loukianos Tabakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Stavroskiadhi got a freekick which was hit by Alekos Symeonidis. Thanos Kikidakis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Charilaos Chatzakis. Stavroskiadhi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Panagiotis Kantilas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giorgos Milonakos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akis Partaolas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pipis Patsiavouras in the 39th minute of play forced Belokomitis's goalkeeper Akis Partaolas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Panagiotis Kantilas made a precise shot to the right of Charilaos Chatzakis. Stavroskiadhi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Loukianos Tabakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charilaos Chatzakis having to interfere. After 45 played minutes Stavroskiadhi got a freekick which was hit by Viktoras Lyberopoulos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Loukianos Tabakis in the 46th minute of play forced Stavroskiadhi's goalkeeper Charilaos Chatzakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Panagiotis Kantilas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pipis Patsiavouras to strike the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Panagiotis Kantilas rounded Stavroskiadhi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. Akis Partaolas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pipis Patsiavouras's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. If Loukianos Tabakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charilaos Chatzakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panagiotis Kantilas, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Loukianos Tabakis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charilaos Chatzakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Stavroskiadhi's goalkeeper Charilaos Chatzakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loukianos Tabakis. Belokomitis's Loukianos Tabakis got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alekos Symeonidis kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Stamatis Kommatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Charilaos Chatzakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Belokomitis walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
