When Stefanos Egomitis fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liαdha FC's protests and gave Stefanos Egomitis a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Liαdha FC's Babbis Tzavaras slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zisis Spathas. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. In the 43rd match minute, Messi the best was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panagiotis Paridis to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Babbis Tzavaras to make the kick off. Paris Tseberidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Zisis Spathas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Messi the best's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liαdha FC the free kick. The Liαdha FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Messi the best players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Liαdha FC.
