Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) AIOLIKOS.FC's Stavros Parathirakis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Chouliarades booed when AIOLIKOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kostas Filaretos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkis Kaloxilos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 5th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 14th minute of the match Makis Giatrakis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but César Portalier showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Theocharis Zouvelekis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 23 minutes into the match, Chouliarades's goal looked a bit too open when Stavros Parathirakis came free, but Theocharis Zouvelekis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes in the game, Alberigo Zisser fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Theocharis Zouvelekis having to interfere. Alberigo Zisser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Theocharis Zouvelekis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Arabatzis hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Theocharis Zouvelekis made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Alberigo Zisser sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Chouliarades's Panagiotis Galanos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Chouliarades's zone, Stavros Parathirakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theocharis Zouvelekis came out of the goal and Stavros Parathirakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Miliokas to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, AIOLIKOS.FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lambros Mendrinos to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Chouliarades's Giannis Miliokas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. A collision led to Chouliarades getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Giannis Miliokas hit a great ball. When Miltos Seletopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Chouliarades fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miltos Seletopoulos couldn't finish the play. Miltos Seletopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but César Portalier made a huge save. The supporters of Chouliarades booed when AIOLIKOS.FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberigo Zisser didn't get a good kick on the ball. César Portalier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Miliokas in the 74th minute of the match. César Portalier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Miliokas, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Miltos Seletopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chouliarades's protests and gave Miltos Seletopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th match minute, Chouliarades was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltos Seletopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Makis Giatrakis charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 87 minutes of play, AIOLIKOS.FC's Alberigo Zisser made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Theocharis Zouvelekis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the game, Stavros Parathirakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Theocharis Zouvelekis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AIOLIKOS.FC had played much better football throughout.
