Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stavros Parathirakis made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Nea Moudania's zone, Stavros Parathirakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Errikos Liakopoulos came out of the goal and Stavros Parathirakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Alberigo Zisser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Errikos Liakopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stavros Parathirakis in the 11th minute of play. Alberigo Zisser fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errikos Liakopoulos having to interfere. After 15th play minutes Stavros Parathirakis shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Errikos Liakopoulos and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Giannis Ikonomou's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but César Portalier was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Nikos Miliokas charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikos Miliokas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Nikos Miliokas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match Eleftherios Bouzios sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but César Portalier skillfully saved the ball. With an all-out effort, Nea Moudania's César Portalier threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eleftherios Bouzios, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 28th minute of the match Nea Moudania got a corner. AIOLIKOS.FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eleftherios Bouzios ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Ikonomou in the 32nd minute of play forced AIOLIKOS.FC's goalkeeper César Portalier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 36 minutes, Eleftherios Bouzios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nea Moudania and the AIOLIKOS.FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 36 played minutes Nea Moudania got a freekick which was hit by Eleftherios Bouzios. If Giannis Ikonomou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in AIOLIKOS.FC's zone, Eleftherios Bouzios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Portalier came out of the goal and Eleftherios Bouzios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stavros Parathirakis kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Giannis Ikonomou to make the kick off. Giannis Ikonomou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Christodoulos Akrivoulis scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of César Portalier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Giannis Ikonomou notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of AIOLIKOS.FC's César Portalier. César Portalier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Stavros Parathirakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 74 minutes, Thomas Arabatzis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AIOLIKOS.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Arabatzis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 75th minute, Simos Tsobanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Nea Moudania's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Arabatzis came free, but Errikos Liakopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eleftherios Bouzios hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Alberigo Zisser recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stavros Parathirakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Ikonomou in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck César Portalier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giannis Ikonomou charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giannis Ikonomou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes Nea Moudania got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Ikonomou. Thomas Arabatzis, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Giannis Ikonomou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Portalier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nea Moudania had won after a very even match.
