Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vaggelis Chiloudakis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dimitris Valassidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paschalis Xenopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marinos Skilopnichtis charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marinos Skilopnichtis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dimitris Valassidis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Grigoris Pantelis went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute Grigoris Pantelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Valassidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniil Botsaris might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Babbis Kanatopoulos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniil Botsaris ran back to his position shaking his head. Vaggelis Chiloudakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Babbis Kanatopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Giorgos Traboukidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polítsiani FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Giorgos Traboukidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute Paschalis Xenopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Valassidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Polítsiani FC defense, Grigoris Pantelis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dimitris Valassidis. The Polítsiani FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dimitris Valassidis should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paschalis Xenopoulos in the 33rd minute of play forced Polítsiani FC's goalkeeper Dimitris Valassidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Grigoris Pantelis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dimitris Valassidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Pantelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Vaggelis Chiloudakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Babbis Kanatopoulos having to interfere. Vaggelis Chiloudakis struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Babbis Kanatopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Polítsiani FC. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Grigoris Pantelis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dimitris Valassidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Pantelis, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Grigoris Pantelis lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Dimitris Valassidis. Paschalis Xenopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dimitris Valassidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. The Elataria fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Elataria's Paschalis Xenopoulos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dimitris Konstantaras hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Elataria's Grigoris Pantelis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. After a rather tough play, Elataria's Charilaos Zotalis got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute, Paschalis Xenopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dimitris Valassidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Elataria eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
