Panagiotis Bouloukos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonis Darlas's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Savas Papantoniou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grigoris Nestorakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Zacharias Mostratos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Panagiotis Bouloukos. The goal made the score 1-0. Grigoris Nestorakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Savas Papantoniou having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Pastida Fc's Antonis Darlas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Panagiotis Bouloukos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pastida Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Grigoris Nestorakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Akis Xifaras struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Savas Papantoniou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for spiders. In the 61st minute, Akis Xifaras made a precise shot to the right of Savas Papantoniou. Pastida Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Akis Xifaras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Savas Papantoniou made a huge save. spiders's Grigoris Nestorakis got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lambros Makaronas during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 67 played minutes Pastida Fc got a freekick which was hit by Lambros Makaronas. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Savas Papantoniou successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Akis Xifaras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Telis Zacharatos hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. A hard shot 94 in the game by Akis Xifaras from a close distance when the talented Savas Papantoniou managed to make a qualified save. Pastida Fc's players were relieved.
