If Valerios Marselis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Panos Kalofolias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Savas Papantoniou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Savas Papantoniou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panos Kalofolias, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 21st match minute, Pastida Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Telis Zacharatos to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Panos Kalofolias in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Savas Papantoniou saved Pastida Fc from getting behind. Zacharias Mostratos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giorgos Serelis having to interfere. When Antonis Darlas came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Pastida Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonis Darlas couldn't finish the play. If Zacharias Mostratos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute Antonis Darlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Serelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for Kourtési. Paris Rokkas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Savas Papantoniou. 0-1. After having played for 42 minutes, Valerios Marselis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kourtési's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valerios Marselis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Apostolos Asimakoglou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonis Darlas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pastida Fc players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kourtési were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Panos Kalofolias to strike the kick off in the second half. Valerios Marselis scored 0-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Savas Papantoniou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Valerios Marselis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pastida Fc's Savas Papantoniou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Pastida Fc from getting a goal against them. If Panos Kalofolias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kourtési's Valerios Marselis got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 minutes of play Kourtési's Apostolos Asimakoglou was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Kourtési getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Apostolos Asimakoglou hit a great ball. Pavlos Stamatakos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Giorgos Serelis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacharias Mostratos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Antonis Darlas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pastida Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonis Darlas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giorgos Serelis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panos Kalofolias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Savas Papantoniou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Valerios Marselis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Kourtési's Fanis Takounis got a free kick in the 91st minute. Savas Papantoniou made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valerios Marselis in the 95th minute.
