Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ekklisνes's Anestis Tsitsiridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenios Kotitsas in the 7th minute of play. After 12 played minutes Anaselνtsa got a freekick which was hit by Giotis Eleftherakis. After a rather tough play, Anaselνtsa's Fragiskos Tachtsidis got a free kick in the 15th minute. After 18 minutes of play, Anaselνtsa's Michalis Kerveros made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anestis Tsitsiridis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vassilis Kyriakis struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Konstantinos Kavalis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ekklisνes. In the 25th minute Michalis Kerveros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anestis Tsitsiridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Anaselνtsa getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Giotis Eleftherakis hit a great ball. If Apostolikas Variamidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ekklisνes's Vassilis Kyriakis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 33rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michalis Kerveros in the 36th minute of play forced Ekklisνes's goalkeeper Anestis Tsitsiridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ekklisνes getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Stathis Brilakis hit a great ball. Michalis Kerveros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Anaselνtsa's zone, Vassilis Kyriakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Konstantinos Kavalis came out of the goal and Vassilis Kyriakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vassilis Kyriakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ekklisνes's Pavlos Stavrelis got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After taking down the ball on Anaselνtsa's corner Chatziioannou Roubanis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anestis Tsitsiridis quite easily take care of the ball. Prodromos Fasoulas hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Konstantinos Kavalis came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ekklisνes's Vassilis Kyriakis. But to his dismay, Vassilis Kyriakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Michalis Kerveros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenios Kotitsas in the 80th minute of play forced Ekklisνes's goalkeeper Anestis Tsitsiridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ekklisνes getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Christos Kapetanopoulos hit a great ball. Michalis Kerveros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anestis Tsitsiridis having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Ekklisνes's goalkeeper Anestis Tsitsiridis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michalis Kerveros. 91 minutes into the match, Ekklisνes's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenios Kotitsas came free, but Anestis Tsitsiridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96thth minute of the game Eugenios Kotitsas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ekklisνes's Anestis Tsitsiridis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ekklisνes's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
