The referee showed Nontas Boutaris the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Ierápetra FC got a freekick which was hit by Nontas Boutaris. Renos Bakirtzis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakis Passaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 2-1 became the score in the 16th minute when Sakis Passaris elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Sakis Passaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renos Bakirtzis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentinos Rapanakis made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Adamantios Tatsos sent off a good shot on target. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Savas Parginos made a kick off. Sakis Passaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sakis Passaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Renos Bakirtzis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Ierápetra FC's Sakis Passaris ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Renos Bakirtzis. Renos Bakirtzis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. When Nontas Boutaris was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Ierápetra FC's Nontas Boutaris got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Ierápetra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionysis Kostenoglou to maneuver through the defense. Adamantios Tatsos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. The supporters of Pepσnidhes booed when Ierápetra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionysis Kostenoglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adamantios Tatsos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentinos Rapanakis having to interfere. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-3 when Savas Parginos sped through Ierápetra FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valentinos Rapanakis. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
