Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nikos Labiris in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Theodosis Keris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Theodosis Keris successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Makis Karasavvas might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charilaos Kaplatzis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Makis Karasavvas ran back to his position shaking his head. Ermis Karakatsanis charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermis Karakatsanis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ermis Karakatsanis kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Theodosis Keris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Labiris in the 35th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Skoteiná's goalkeeper Theodosis Keris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lakis Seremetis. Lakis Seremetis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Theodosis Keris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Koutsodimos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skoteiná were winning 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nikos Labiris was the one to do the kick off. Petros Tsobanis struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Charilaos Kaplatzis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skoteiná. After a rather tough play, Skoteiná's Evaggelos Kikidakis got a free kick in the 59th minute. Theodosis Keris stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nikos Labiris's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. A collision led to Skoteiná getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Zinon Natsis hit a great ball. Lakis Seremetis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lazaros Ntinopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Skoteiná fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lazaros Ntinopoulos couldn't finish the play. Lazaros Ntinopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emmanouil Baxevanis might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theodosis Keris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emmanouil Baxevanis ran back to his position shaking his head. With 77 minutes on the clock, Christos Dimidis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Koutsodimos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! If Lazaros Ntinopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lazaros Ntinopoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Charilaos Kaplatzis. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. Lakis Seremetis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Skoteiná supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Skoteiná would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
