Thodoris Karotsis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lakis Panagiotakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Koumarianos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Argyris Dimitratos during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nivici FC's Argyris Dimitratos got a free kick in the 7th minute. Fanis Ntaikos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lakis Panagiotakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fanis Ntaikos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Néai Kydoníai FC's Chatziantoniou Koumarianos fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Paraskevas Georgiadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Christodoulos Panopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thodoris Karotsis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 23 minutes into the match, Néai Kydoníai FC's goalkeeper Lambis Kiourtsidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christodoulos Panopoulos. Chatziantoniou Koumarianos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Panagiotakos having to interfere. Christodoulos Panopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chatziantoniou Koumarianos succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Chatziantoniou Koumarianos struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Lakis Panagiotakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Néai Kydoníai FC. Christodoulos Panopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lambis Kiourtsidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. When Nivici FC's Thodoris Karotsis in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in Néai Kydoníai FC's zone, Christodoulos Panopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lambis Kiourtsidis came out of the goal and Christodoulos Panopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lambis Kiourtsidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christodoulos Panopoulos in the 53rd minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Christodoulos Panopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nivici FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christodoulos Panopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Trifon Kiakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the game, Panagiotis Kalafatas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nivici FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Néai Kydoníai FC the free kick. A collision led to Nivici FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Panagiotis Kalafatas hit a great ball. Nivici FC's Lakis Panagiotakos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Nivici FC from getting a goal against them. After 69 minutes of play, Nivici FC's Thodoris Karotsis made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lambis Kiourtsidis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thodoris Karotsis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lambis Kiourtsidis having to interfere. Vrasidas Paschalakis kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Thodoris Karotsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Thodoris Karotsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Thodoris Karotsis came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Nivici FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thodoris Karotsis couldn't finish the play. Lambis Kiourtsidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christodoulos Panopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Thodoris Karotsis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Christodoulos Panopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nivici FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christodoulos Panopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lambis Kiourtsidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
