Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nikos Pantazopoulos got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Makis Zintanopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 played minutes Mikrá Sánta got a freekick which was hit by Petros Tsagogeorgas. Dionysis Naskos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Pantazopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Theocharis Kalevras was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mikrá Sánta getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Petros Tsagogeorgas hit a great ball. Dionysis Naskos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theofanis Kazantzakis in the 14th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Evripidis Skevas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dionysis Naskos. Evripidis Skevas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dionysis Naskos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Makis Zintanopoulos's late challenge caught a Marousi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Makis Zintanopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. Petros Tsagogeorgas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Akis Tsaknis came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Marousi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Akis Tsaknis couldn't finish the play. Manos Malezas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kostas Kaplanis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manos Malezas went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Petros Tsagogeorgas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. Petros Tsagogeorgas hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Antonis Kardaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stergios Veggos made a kick off. Akis Tsaknis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Stergios Veggos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kostas Kaplanis was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After 60 minutes, Antonis Kardaris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marousi and the Mikrá Sánta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Marousi getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Antonis Kardaris hit a great ball. Mikrá Sánta's Stergios Veggos got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 68 minutes into the match, Mikrá Sánta's Stergios Veggos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kostas Kaplanis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Marousi's Dionysis Naskos threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Akis Tsaknis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Dionysis Naskos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stergios Veggos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 86 played minutes Marousi got a freekick which was hit by Evripidis Skevas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evripidis Skevas got free with Dionysis Naskos in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
