Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) ROMANOS's Apostolikas Stelidis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Panagiotis Pantrianakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apostolikas Stelidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apostolikas Stelidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panagiotis Pantrianakos having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Paris Mitras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Panagiotis Pantrianakos. Skαrfia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paris Mitras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 19th minute, Christos Venetis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Theodosis Iakovakis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 20th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Panagiotis Pantrianakos. Skαrfia FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Skαrfia FC's Panagiotis Pantrianakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolikas Stelidis in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Skαrfia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apostolikas Stelidis came free, but Panagiotis Pantrianakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stamatis Koutsos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Panagiotis Pantrianakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paris Mitras, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 29 played minutes ROMANOS got a freekick which was hit by Spyros Tachtatzis. 34 minutes into the match, Skαrfia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sakis Karageorgiou came free, but Panagiotis Pantrianakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apostolikas Stelidis in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Panagiotis Pantrianakos saved Skαrfia FC from getting behind. Skαrfia FC's Panagiotis Pantrianakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakis Karageorgiou in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apostolikas Stelidis in the 40th minute of play forced Skαrfia FC's goalkeeper Panagiotis Pantrianakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Paris Mitras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ROMANOS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paris Mitras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half ROMANOS were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Panagiotis Pantrianakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apostolikas Stelidis in the 52nd minute of play. In the 58th minute, ROMANOS's Sakis Karageorgiou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Panagiotis Pantrianakos. Panagiotis Pantrianakos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 61 played minutes Skαrfia FC got a freekick which was hit by Lambis Iliopoulos. After some careless play in the Skαrfia FC defense, Paris Mitras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Panagiotis Pantrianakos. The Skαrfia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Panagiotis Pantrianakos should have stopped the shot. Skαrfia FC's Panagiotis Pantrianakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apostolikas Stelidis in the 76th minute of play. 84 minutes into the game, Sakis Karageorgiou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Panagiotis Pantrianakos. Sakis Karageorgiou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. If Stamatis Koutsos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of ROMANOS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skαrfia FC:s goal. The referee gave Skαrfia FC a penalty, 99 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Makis Pikoulas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ROMANOS's Miltos Stroggilos. 1-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ROMANOS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
