Michalis Mavratos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 22nd minute there was a penalty for meteora 1929. Nasos Venetidis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Michalis Mavratos. 0-5. Dimitris Fragou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Chatziantoniou Xanthos made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Apostolianσs BC's Michalis Mavratos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Michalis Mavratos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Chatziantoniou Xanthos's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. In the 31stth minute of the game Chatziantoniou Xanthos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apostolianσs BC's Michalis Mavratos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Aris Kasnaferis fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored meteora 1929's protests and gave Aris Kasnaferis a yellow card for diving instead. Aris Kasnaferis kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 0-9 when Dimitris Fragou sped through Apostolianσs BC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michalis Mavratos. The audience was convinced that Chatziantoniou Xanthos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michalis Mavratos was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fotis Zafiriou was the one to do the kick off. Dimitris Fragou scored 0-11 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michalis Mavratos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Chatziantoniou Xanthos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chatziantoniou Xanthos didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-12 via right post in the game's 61st minute. meteora 1929's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! 65 minutes into the match, Apostolianσs BC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Fragou came free, but Michalis Mavratos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michalis Mavratos came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by meteora 1929's Dimitris Fragou. But to his dismay, Dimitris Fragou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-15. Michalis Mavratos was a little too slow when Dimitris Fragou got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-16. In the 82ndth minute of the game Chatziantoniou Xanthos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apostolianσs BC's Michalis Mavratos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Chatziantoniou Xanthos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The meteora 1929 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-18. Michalis Mavratos made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Chatziantoniou Xanthos sent off a good shot on target.
