Syrjäntaka FC's Kaj Veikkanen got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ritokylä's Eemil Siltavirta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einari Virtala in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Tero Nummelin made a precise shot to the right of Charles Huikari. Syrjäntaka FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 29th match minute, Syrjäntaka FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jari Salermo to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute of the match Pasi Rahkonen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Huikari showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Einari Virtala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eemil Siltavirta was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. After 84 played minutes Ritokylä got a freekick which was hit by Petteri Eklund. After a rather tough play, Ritokylä's Samuel Levokari got a free kick in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskari Kallio in the 87th minute of play forced Ritokylä's goalkeeper Eemil Siltavirta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
