Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aykut Ayberk started the match with the kick off. Veli Koivuniemi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vesa Peltonen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aykut Ayberks short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Isto Könönen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Isto Könönen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Aykut Ayberk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inkeranta !'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aykut Ayberk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isto Könönen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Veli Koivuniemi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toimi Sauso in the 12th minute of play. Aykut Ayberk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Isto Könönen managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Inkeranta !'s Aykut Ayberk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aykut Ayberk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isto Könönen having to interfere. Isto Könönen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aykut Ayberk, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After 37 minutes FC Zenit's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paavo Laitila who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Paavo Laitila almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Zenit's Isto Könönen did a great save. Vesa Peltonen kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Aykut Ayberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Zenit's Toimi Sauso suffered a sprained foot after 46 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 46 minutes into the game, Taito Setälä was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inkeranta !'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Zenit the free kick. After 47 played minutes Inkeranta ! got a freekick which was hit by Taito Setälä.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vesa Peltonen made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ in the 51st minute of play forced FC Zenit's goalkeeper Isto Könönen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute, Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Zenit's zone, Aykut Ayberk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isto Könönen came out of the goal and Aykut Ayberk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 63 minutes, Aykut Ayberk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inkeranta !'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Aykut Ayberk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Aykut Ayberk put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Isto Könönen. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paavo Laitila during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Inkeranta ! getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Paavo Laitila hit a great ball. Aykut Ayberk took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isto Könönen. Isto Könönen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Ahmet Kadri Ergintuğ had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aykut Ayberk might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isto Könönen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aykut Ayberk ran back to his position shaking his head. Isto Könönen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aykut Ayberk in the 91st minute of play. Inkeranta !'s Veli Koivuniemi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Inkeranta ! from getting a goal against them. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Inkeranta ! had played much better football throughout.
