Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Konstantin Henriksson kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Puromäki's goal looked a bit too open when Jani Hannus came free, but Hermanni Lähitie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Mätäsvaara IFK's Rauli Vatanen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermanni Lähitie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 11th minute, Oliver Pärssinen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Konstantin Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mika Reinikainen in the 15th minute of play forced Puromäki's goalkeeper Hermanni Lähitie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermanni Lähitie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rauli Vatanen in the 21st minute. When Perttu Vestman came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Puromäki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Perttu Vestman couldn't finish the play. Oskari Torkkeli hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Mätäsvaara IFK's Rauli Vatanen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Anttoni Koivu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Konstantin Henriksson in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mätäsvaara IFK's Kullervo Uusitalo. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Rauli Vatanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mätäsvaara IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Rauli Vatanen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermanni Lähitie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mätäsvaara IFK's attentive Elias Mäkitalo managed to snatch the ball when Oskari Torkkeli made a throw-in in the 46th minute of the game.

Anttoni Koivu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermanni Lähitie having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rauli Vatanen in the 58th minute of play forced Puromäki's goalkeeper Hermanni Lähitie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elias Mäkitalo during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Mätäsvaara IFK's Elias Mäkitalo got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Mätäsvaara IFK booed when Puromäki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kerkko Kolsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anttoni Koivu's late challenge caught a Puromäki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anttoni Koivu helped the player get up and apologised. Rauli Vatanen took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hermanni Lähitie. Hermanni Lähitie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Puromäki's Hermanni Lähitie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kari Jaakkola in the 69th minute of play. Hermanni Lähitie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kari Jaakkola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the game, Kerkko Kolsi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Saku Sanevuori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 79th minute, Kyösti Heinikallio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mätäsvaara IFK's Kari Jaakkola got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Puromäki's Hermanni Lähitie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rauli Vatanen in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Puromäki's goal looked a bit too open when Mika Reinikainen came free, but Hermanni Lähitie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Rauli Vatanen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermanni Lähitie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Mätäsvaara IFK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
