A wasted opportunity for Kurkund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ago Ernits in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erki Arumäe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, FS Sillamae's Markko Aavola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raul Lesta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ago Ernits sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind FS Sillamae's goalkeeper Erki Arumäe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Andres Jallajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd match minute, FS Sillamae was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Kalam to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Jürgen Kanarbik managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurkund's supporters rose to their feet, but Jürgen Kanarbik was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erki Arumäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 47 minutes, Andres Jallajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FS Sillamae's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andres Jallajas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Markko Aavola made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Andres Jallajas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raul Lesta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Markko Aavola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, FS Sillamae's goal looked a bit too open when Ennu Valgma came free, but Erki Arumäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raul Lesta came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by FS Sillamae's Andres Jallajas. But to his dismay, Andres Jallajas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After a rather tough play, Kurkund's Alvar Leinatamm got a free kick in the 74th minute. FS Sillamae's Markko Aavola got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute Markko Aavola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Lesta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ago Ernits managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kurkund's supporters rose to their feet, but Ago Ernits was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erki Arumäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ago Ernits received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Erki Arumäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ennu Valgma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erki Arumäe having to interfere. The Kurkund supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FS Sillamae's performance. The match ended with a win for FS Sillamae.
