Martti Kaldur made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Nico da Costa sent off a good shot on target. Nico da Costa scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martti Kaldur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Heldur Hein struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jüri Oese didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kalevipoja JK. Martti Kaldur made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Arni Maa sent off a good shot on target. Jüri Oese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heldur Hein in the 13th minute of play. Haarald Narusk kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Racke's Cauan Faustino slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Martti Kaldur. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Heldur Hein hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Heldur Hein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 28 minutes, Heldur Hein made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Racke's Jüri Oese tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Racke's Arnold Lamp got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jüri Oese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Lisboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heldur Hein in the 35th minute of play forced Racke's goalkeeper Jüri Oese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martti Kaldur made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Ricardo Pinho sent off a good shot on target. André Lisboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jüri Oese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Racke's goal looked a bit too open when Aadu Lest came free, but Jüri Oese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heldur Hein made a kick off. When André Lisboa came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Kalevipoja JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Lisboa couldn't finish the play. Norman Konrad kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Heldur Hein who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Racke's Jüri Oese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martti Kaldur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauan Faustino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Racke's Urmas Nõmmeots was substituted for Arnold Lamp. In the 73rd minute Heldur Hein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jüri Oese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racke's goalkeeper Jüri Oese, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th match minute, Racke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mario Univer to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Paul Laving in the 79th minute really tested Jüri Oese's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Heldur Hein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 82 minutes, André Lisboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalevipoja JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but André Lisboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heldur Hein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th match minute, Racke was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arni Maa to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Heldur Hein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jüri Oese. Racke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heldur Hein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Kalevipoja JK's Martti Kaldur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico da Costa in the 93rd minute of play. In the 95th minute of the match, Heldur Hein tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jüri Oese saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Racke's Jüri Oese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heldur Hein in the 96th minute of play. Kalevipoja JK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
