The supporters of Siimusaare booed when FS Venkyula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Üllo Kaljundi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vahur Viira charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vahur Viira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FS Venkyula booed when Siimusaare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vahur Viira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rene Reeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eikki Öigus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eikki Öigus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heinrich Vananurm might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Reeder. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heinrich Vananurm ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Siimusaare's Vahur Viira got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Valdek Artla who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FS Venkyula's Leo Olop was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, FS Venkyula's goalkeeper Leo Olop had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eikki Püss. 32 minutes into the game, Valdek Artla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Siimusaare's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FS Venkyula the free kick. A collision led to Siimusaare getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Valdek Artla hit a great ball. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Siimusaare's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfons Külaase was slow to take the kick. During this time FS Venkyula's players had a chance to rest. FS Venkyula's Alfons Külaase was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rene Reeder in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 38th minute Eikki Öigus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Reeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vahur Viira got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Siimusaare's Vahur Viira got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

Uku Joala hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. When Eikki Püss came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Siimusaare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eikki Püss couldn't finish the play. Eikki Püss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leo Olop read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Bruno Nõu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siimusaare's Eikki Püss got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valdek Artla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Olop having to interfere. Leo Olop showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eikki Püss, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute.
