Xouthos Anetakis made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Agis Stamatas sent off a good shot on target. Anestis Nikolaou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nykteus Mavromattes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Hajíbeï BC's Xouthos Anetakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haimon Agelakos in the 14th minute of play. If Haimon Agelakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Haimon Agelakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 played minutes Hajíbeï BC got a freekick which was hit by Spiros Sarantopoulos. 32 minutes into the game, Alekos Haritopoulos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kómiton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hajíbeï BC the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Alekos Haritopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Hajíbeï BC fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Hajíbeï BC's Iakobos Petrakos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 38 minutes, Anestis Nikolaou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hajíbeï BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anestis Nikolaou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Agis Stamatas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Kómiton FC got a freekick which was hit by Alekos Haritopoulos. Keleus Papadakos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nykteus Mavromattes. Kómiton FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Haimon Agelakos made a kick off. Haimon Agelakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xouthos Anetakis having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Kómiton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iakobos Petrakos came free, but Nykteus Mavromattes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hajíbeï BC's Xouthos Anetakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agis Stamatas in the 61st minute of play. Kómiton FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Iakobos Petrakos 64 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Kómiton FC's Alekos Haritopoulos got his second yellow card of the match in the 69th minute. The referee ordered Alekos Haritopoulos off the ground. The referee gave Hajíbeï BC a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Keleus Papadakos, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kómiton FC's Nykteus Mavromattes. 0-3. In the 75th minute, Iakobos Petrakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agis Stamatas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xouthos Anetakis having to make a save. After having played for 80 minutes, Agis Stamatas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kómiton FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agis Stamatas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iakobos Petrakos in the 83rd minute of play forced Kómiton FC's goalkeeper Nykteus Mavromattes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nykteus Mavromattes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anestis Nikolaou in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute Agis Stamatas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xouthos Anetakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xouthos Anetakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agis Stamatas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st match minute, Hajíbeï BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Spiros Sarantopoulos to maneuver through the defense. Giannis Mavromattes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When Hajíbeï BC's Iakobos Petrakos in the 99th minute got a chance for a shot 99th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kómiton FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Kómiton FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hajíbeï BC's performance. The match ended with a win for Hajíbeï BC.
