The referee ignored Monastíri FC's protests and gave Nassos Lalagos a yellow card for diving instead. Nassos Lalagos kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With a little luck, Monastíri FC's Prokris Chellos got control of the ball when Kadmos Paraskevopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, AEK KOUKLION's goal looked a bit too open when Akhilleus Liatos came free, but Fanis Villas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind AEK KOUKLION's goalkeeper Fanis Villas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 played minutes AEK KOUKLION got a freekick which was hit by Patroklos Orfanos. Akhilleus Liatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fanis Villas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kadmos Paraskevopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Akhilleus Liatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Fanis Villas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Akhilleus Liatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Monastíri FC booed when AEK KOUKLION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patroklos Orfanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zinon Georgeakopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanis Villas having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, AEK KOUKLION's goalkeeper Fanis Villas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Akhilleus Liatos. Zinon Georgeakopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Fanis Villas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kadmos Paraskevopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prokris Chellos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadmos Paraskevopoulos in the 93rd minute of the match. With a little luck, AEK KOUKLION's Fanis Villas got control of the ball when Zinon Georgeakopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Monastíri FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
