In the 18th minute Lykurgos Chellos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agesilaus Lalagos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agesilaus Lalagos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lykurgos Chellos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Iakobos Kavallieratos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apollon Limassol's Teo Constancio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Teo Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iakobos Kavallieratos in the 37th minute of the match. Teo Constancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epigonoi Tsaousidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Teo Constancio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkyoneus Mitsinikos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

52 minutes into the match, Lykurgos Chellos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Agesilaus Lalagos. Asproyerakáta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lykurgos Chellos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Lykurgos Chellos struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Agesilaus Lalagos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apollon Limassol. In the 60th minute of the match, Alkyoneus Mitsinikos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Teo Constancio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Alkyoneus Mitsinikos took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Teo Constancio to make any attempt to save it. 77 minutes into the match, Apollon Limassol's goalkeeper Teo Constancio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iakobos Kavallieratos. Alkyoneus Mitsinikos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teo Constancio came out and tried to block the shot, but Alkyoneus Mitsinikos slotted it home off the left post making it 2-4 in the 77th minute. Alkyoneus Mitsinikos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Constancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alkyoneus Mitsinikos in the 82nd minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Iakobos Kavallieratos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teo Constancio. Iakobos Kavallieratos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. The Apollon Limassol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Asproyerakáta were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
