In the 24thth minute of the game Nikias Koumanidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FSC STAR STARACHOWICE's Luizão de Mendonça was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luizão de Mendonça showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikias Koumanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Nessos Kyriakoulopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonard Tyszka in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, Portokalis Korazinos's Dionysos Grammatakakis got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Portokalis Korazinos's goalkeeper Nessos Kyriakoulopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After 52 minutes, Likymnios Passas made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. FSC STAR STARACHOWICE's Luizão de Mendonça tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FSC STAR STARACHOWICE's Luizão de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aktaion Spiridakou in the 55th minute of play. Nessos Kyriakoulopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tassos Balouris in the 86th minute of the match. Leonard Tyszka charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonard Tyszka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nessos Kyriakoulopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Tyszka in the 89th minute of play.
