Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ture Vester in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Koios Panayiotopoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to OMONOIA getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Eduardo Zanette hit a great ball. After some careless play in the ΠΡΟΟΔΟΣ ΚΑΙΜΑΚΛΙΟΥ F.C defense, Seilenos Chrysanthopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aglauros Kavallieratos. The ΠΡΟΟΔΟΣ ΚΑΙΜΑΚΛΙΟΥ F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aglauros Kavallieratos should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, ΠΡΟΟΔΟΣ ΚΑΙΜΑΚΛΙΟΥ F.C's Abílio Sobral got a free kick in the 20th minute. With a little luck, ΠΡΟΟΔΟΣ ΚΑΙΜΑΚΛΙΟΥ F.C's Aglauros Kavallieratos got control of the ball when Ivón Echavarri tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Aglauros Kavallieratos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Abílio Sobral hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Ivón Echavarri could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Aglauros Kavallieratos however easily saved by the left post. Aglauros Kavallieratos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivón Echavarri in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorio Vergas made a kick off. In the 51st minute 邵城沙 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aglauros Kavallieratos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, 马骋邦 dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Koios Panayiotopoulos, 3-1. After 55 minutes, Mário Tasso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ΠΡΟΟΔΟΣ ΚΑΙΜΑΚΛΙΟΥ F.C and the OMONOIA players grew even worse after the yellow card.
